Actually, if the goal is to have Janelle win, you should want Yvette to stay. Janelle will have a tough time beating Maggie, but I think she could take Yvette. My vote? As long as Yvette doesn’t win, I don’t care. I’m rooting for Janelle, but you’ve gotta respect Maggie for actually being able to keep her mouth closed all the time.
If the goal is to have Janelle win, it doesn’t matter what I want ‘cuz none of the voters can hear me bitching, heheh. I want Ivette out because she’s annoying, but of course you’re right… if enough of the evicted houseguests find her as annoying as I do, then that’s the biggest reason she should stay over Maggie, who’s so good at keeping her nose clean in this game.
Wow Lucie. I just finished watching the TiVo’ed last episode… funnily enough I was out seeing Canasta at the Beat Kitchen (and sang backups on one tune). I’m a little stunned that it’s all over and it came out the way it did. Big Brother I mean, not the Canasta show! I’m happy for Maggie but I still wish Janelle had gotten it. Too bad she couldn’t ride that lucky streak all the way to the end.
Really good season huh! The last one was okay too but I’m happier with the outcome this time, glad it came down to the ladies instead of the "four horsemen" type shit from last year. ::shudder::
Our DVR is driving me nuts. I wasted the whole BB season, 3 nights a week (embarrasingly) watching that show, only to have the sound go out on our DVR recording of the final episode. So I watched it all with close captioning. Definitely took a lot of the excitement out.
But yes, I am pleased with the end result - given the final options, that is.
I have got to stop this cycle. Here’s what’s starting: Amazing Race, America’s Next Top Model, Apprentice Martha, Apprentice Donald, and Survivor. All trash. I need to pick one of those shows to watch - two max. Any suggestions?
THAT SUCKS Lucie! Toldja to get a TiVo. :-P It occurred to me after I posted that comment that maybe you’d recorded it and I’d be spoiling the surprise, but hey what are sisters for?
I’m in the same boat, there’s no way I’m going to follow all those frickin’ shows. I don’t really want to get hooked on any of them, may just wait until next season’s BB to get back into prime time. There’s always All My Children which is hard enough to (barely) keep up with. But that said, I’ll probably TiVo the first episodes of all of ‘em and see if there’s one the reels me in. Top Model maybe, if the girls are truly outrageous enough. Amazing Race just stresses me out, it reminds me too much of being on tour and late for soundcheck. But I do enjoy the travelogue type stuff so we’ll see. The other shows, eh, I don’t picture myself getting into them too heavily but maybe if you and/or Daddy do, I’ll follow along so we’ll have more to complain about on the phone. :-)

Lucifer, you are so full of it your eyes are brown. Everybody ignore her! It’s a Big Brother thing, she’s just trying to mess with my mind.

NOW they booted her off. YAY!! So I’ll be happy as long as Ivette leaves next. But if I had to pick one to win, you know who. GO JANELLE!!!
