I'm emailing from now) bumped into The Actual Kevin Bacon, in person on the streets of lower Manhattan one time.  And, if you can cut out that bread, pasta, potatoes AND fruit, (it sounds like the "South Beach D--t")that will be a big accomplishment. You sound like you're doing good. All those carbs turn right into sugar. All fruit's full of all sortsa sugar, fructose - that's why it's so tasty. Being the total sugar addict, I know lots about it, and still indulge. Like I'll go some months without it, thinking I'm over it - then binge. Scary how easily that shit happens. Couldn't ever quit it, with the stoner munchies. I hope you can manage to cut out the stuff you want to and do whatever you need to and manage to get a good night's sleep.</p> My friend Amy (who’s NYC apt.
