The mp3s are gone! Why do bloggers insist on putting mp3s up for only a limited time anyway?! Why not just put it on rapidshare or megaupload, etc, so people can download them indefinitely? Is it a ploy to get people to visit their blogs frequently so they don't miss out? Why must people with busy lives and tons of websites to keep up with, be disappointed like this?! Arrgh. Not to mention future-fans who go looking at old links, looking up their new-favorite artists, and end up with that sinking feeling in their stomach or tension in their chest because they're TOO LATE. It's so depressing to be too late. Okay, I'll stop now. But I WANT THOSE SONGS! <em>sob</em></p> Aww drat. The mp3s are gone! Words don't quite describe this album's emotional listening experience. A dreamlike serenade for all us (sometimes) lonely little dreamers. The thing about this record of yours (and two of the other three) is how it transcends time and place. Play it 47, 64 or 110 years from now, and it will be as present and undated as if it were just recorded. "Lucky Charm," "It's A Game," and "If It Weren't for the Words" each sound as if they could have been written and recorded in 1958, 1941 or 1895 ... or in 2052, 2069 or 2115 (no matter what kind of music/sound may be popular in the future. Happiness 'n Heartache ain't going outta style anytime in the next century or millenia. I know all these songs are firmly rooted in the present. I just think that they're here to stay. Just one question: where did you find that yellow merry-go-round horse on the cover?  The handwritten lyrics and graphics by Laura Park are better than any typeset font or clipart doodads could ever be.
