I am a college student in a film class, and i was looking to use a song from Jim O’Rourke’s “tamper” album. I am having problems contacting him. is there any way you can help me

Sorry, I had nothing to do with that record and it’s none of my business how Jim handles his correspondence (or not!). Maybe try the label?
