We had a nice Thanksgiving.  Daddy had surgery on Tuesday and it went well, so that was definitely something to be thankful for!!  I didn’t get to talk to him though; I only had his cellphone number and not Joy’s, so I could only leave a message.  John cooked his first turkey for Thanksgiving, it came out great!  So we had the whole feast.

I bought a DVD player the other day… today (Friday) we watched Life Is Beautiful.  We’ve been renting all these DVDs from Blockbuster, and I’ve bought a few too.  ("Charlie & the Chocolate Factory" and "High Fidelity")

Been downloading a bunch of MP3s from Audiogalaxy, as always… the current flavors are mostly blues.  Oldtimey blues, country blues and R&B, but I don’t guess that’s any different from always!  I got a lot of Camille Harris stuff, and almost the whole Marvin Rainwater box set from Bear Family… jeez I’m starting to feel a little guilty for scarfing so much great music!  But I would buy the Marvin box if I had the money.  Actually I might even have that thing, I’m not even sure…!!?!
