Have you heard back from them yet? I placed my order on February 5 and have not received a single response to multiple email inquiries these last 2 months. Have we been had?

I did get my slipcovers, and they’re very nice! But it took two and a half months, and was like pulling teeth trying to get any information. Good luck.

I placed an order in March, and still have not received anything in mid-July. Like you, a couple of cute emails in response to my complaints. I actually read the exchange here before ordering, and was convinced by Edith’s post to take a chance. I wish that I had not – it’s a total ripoff. Lost almost a hundred bucks. Other readers, beware! Don’t do it!!

Oh man. Yeah I really wouldn’t recommend it either. I sure hope you get yours after all, & I wonder if Mark ever got his?

Nice to see you. Very glad to hear these folks got their orders. I would suggest you try harder to keep in touch with your customers and reply to their frustrated emails in a timely fashion… rather than chasing them down months later as they leave complaints in random places on the internet. Just a suggestion. BTW I have no way of knowing whether these commenters checked the box to be notified of replies to this post… so if you want to write to them, please use the addresses you have on file for them and write directly. They may see this or they may not, I don’t know. Thanks for chiming in though, I do appreciate it.

This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They have been VERY hard to get in touch with and it is extremely irritating and frustrating. I’d very much like my slipcover as I ordered it mid-October and it is now December.

Well thank God I have´nt ordered yet when reading this!! But wrote to them just asking a simple question…and SURPRICE! No answer;-)LOL Can recommend a swedish company;…Bemz.com so much more thrustworthy…got me answer I wrote them 2 hours later!! ;-))

http://www.weuweu.com is a scam. I ordered a a sofa cover last november , I pay for it but they dont send it to me. My order is the number 375/2012. Fabrizio

Weuweu is a fraudulent internet retailer. We ordered a sofa cover, experienced similar service as others have noted here, and eventually filed a grievance with our bank to recover funds.

Ordered sofa cover 6 december. date is now 01 March. No response from emails or phone messages now. can’t even request for a refund. absolutely appalling. how do i get these people shut down

I have asked you many times the tracking number but I did not answer. So what is the truth? you has sent the order nr.375 or is still in the works?

Fabrizio, I spoke to you PERSONALLY on the phone 2 or 3 times. TJFISH, “how do i get these people shut down”?????? There are many other companies: Bemz, Comfort-Works, Save My Sofa, you can order slipcovers from them.
WEUWEU in business for 4 years. We offers exceptional fabrics, our prices are lower…and we have many thankful and returning customers.

We did eventually receive our cover. It’s nice too. I’ll give weuweu that up front. But the customer service is awful. Request for status were either ignored or abused as an opportunity to lie. The emotional stages of recovering our ikea sofa are not meant to be concern, distrust, despair, and finally anger. Receiving our cover was like a reversal of fortune. Yay!, we didn’t get ripped off after all.

How long to ship in the US? And what if I want to cancel my order since it is taking too long?? I will cancel the charge on my card if I do not receive confirmation of my order and shipment info. I called and left a voicemail but no answer.

I would take whatever they say on their website and tack on 2-3 months. :-\ I’m going to close comments on this thread now, since I really don’t want Google to be sending people over to my website to do their customer-cleanup work, basically! It’s dumb. But FWIW it seems to be a toss-up: on the one hand many people do seem to be getting their slipcovers, the slipcovers are well made and nice-looking (I’m still using & enjoying mine!). But on the other hand the customer service has been universally reported as terrible, and it seems to take about 2 or 3 months longer to get your stuff than they claim. If you’re okay with risking that amount of money & willing to wait that long & willing to put up with a bunch of nonsense instead of honesty about the status of your order? Go for it! Otherwise, steer clear. Closing comments now. Best of luck to those still waiting!!
