Hey guess what, somebody actually used my PayPal tip-jar button!!!  They left me ten bucks just because they like my music.  God bless America!!!!!!

I’m sort of teaching John’s mom how to run her own website.  John’s parents have a business and they’re paying a web-boutique type place to do their site for them.  I always told her she was being robbed and she should learn to do it herself, and I bugged her so much about it that she finally relented!  She’s pretty smart with computers so it’s not hard to show her new things.  And she’s real excited about learning HTML… it’s always fun to teach somebody who really really wants to learn.  (smile)

I’m slowly moving all my e-mail activity to the Eudora on my iBook.  Had to get a little converter thingy to change my zillions of archived mailboxes into Mac format.  A lot of them are so fucked up… the headers are all munged after being moved from program to program over the years.  So on the PC it might say "25 messages" and on the Mac you’ll see 23.  What a pain!!  If only I had never EVER used anything but Eudora!  It was the first e-mail client I ever tried (in 1994) and I should never have strayed.  Trying Outlook was the biggest mistake of all.  Ptooey!!!  I’ve been back to using Eudora for the last couple of years.  I do believe it’s even better on the Mac than it is on the PC… I could be wrong but it seems to have more options.
