I partially relate. My day was open. Hung up the washed clothes, sat outside in the front yard in full sun & practiced guitar, came in, called a good friend to wish him happy birthday but informed him I wouldn’t be attending his party (a campfire / bring-a-song / potluck / etc) and then I went to sleep for the remainder of the evening. So…not a shitty day, and thankfully one in which I didn’t have to work, and an incredibly beautiful day, but sleep was its saving grace…
