I don’t get it, what does this have to do with me? The 192.168.x.x block of numbers can be used by anybody, you’re probably using it too for your local network. But even if both of us were using it, we couldn’t reach each other that way unless we really were connected locally, physically, with cables or a wireless router.
The IP address you used to post your message doesn’t ring a bell either. Whatever!!
